Workouts at Absolute MMA

  1. A few pictures of the conditioning segments that we do at Absolute MMA. 5 lbs. jump rope, pole bag kicks, ball slam, rowing machine, alternating ball push ups, dips, double under jump rope, burpees with medicine ball and repeat. 30 second sets with 8 stations worked. Our team gets it done.
