Denver Merrifield-Nirva is fighting in the Showdown New Blood fights on Janurary 28th! Denver is fighting Czar Sklavos in a 135 pound bout at the UCCUA center, at the campus of the Utah Valley University in Orem. This will be a three round, mixed martial arts match. Denver submitted his last opponent via rear naked choke in under three minutes of the first round. He is a representative of Absolute MMA and trains under Rob Handley.
