New Schedule

Hey Gang,

These are the most recent changes to our schedule. Click on the picture to get a better look. Really the only changes are Monday and Wednesday nights. BJJ at 6 pm, Kickboxing LVL 1 and LVL 2 at 7 pm and MMA team training at 8 pm. Bring your gi's to Jiu jitsu because you never know. Lvl 1 and Lvl 2 kickboxing classes are designed to give our students more variety of training. Lvl 1 classes will always be basics and simple yet hard core workouts. Lvl 2 classes will be more partner and sparring type drills to increase the timing, vision and fortitude of each student. MMA team training consists of our current fighters and up & comers all training together in preparation for the sport of MMA. If you have any questions feel free to stop by and let us know.

ABSOLUTE FIGHTERS AT EFN

TEAM ABSOLUTE

It was a rough night for the boys. Lessons learned. Congrats fellas for getting in there and putting it on the line. Results courtesy of thecagenews.com. Check out the pictures at Miyo's Blog.

Adam Butcher
vs. Riley Petersen

Adam Butcher looked like a seasoned vet in his MMA debut, showing great hand speed and slick submission skills en route to a Rear Naked choke in the first round. Great way to start off the night.

Charlie Kent vs. Robert Densley

The long awaited return of the Wrecker ended unceremoniously with a highly controversial referee stoppage. Long story short, the exchanges were good, Kent rocked Densley, who recovered nicely to begin working for an arm bar, but the ref jumped in. The Vanilla Gorilla had a lot of fans in the crowd, but nobody wanted to see him win that way. Densley and his camp from Absolute MMA were noticeably distraught, with good reason. Unfortunately, despite a promising start, this fight didn't answer any questions. Thecagenews smells rematch.
