Hey Gang!Grand Master Flavio Behring will be in Utah. As most of you know he spends a lot of time around the gym when he's here so you never know when he will be teaching. Try to arrange you schedules to be in the gym as much as possible in January. I look forward to seeing you all put your best foot forward in January.
